I am an engagement manager at Validere where I help energy companies understand their data, and help them turn regulatory compliance into a value driver. Right now I manage most of our large enterprise clients in North America and Oceania, whether it’s roadmapping and project planning or getting my hands dirty and developing features. My number one goal is to make our clients happy to be our clients!

Previously, I was a research scientist with the University of Toronto’s Acceleration Consortium, working to accelerate materials discovery by combining machine learning with laboratory automation to create self driving labs. My main focus was on formulations science, where I developed custom automation and machine learning models for a diversity of materials, everything from pharmaceuticals and cosmetics to concrete.

Aside from working, I love learning new skills and trying new things. I am an avid trivia man over at learnedleague, I run a weekly dungeons and dragons campaign, as well as a men’s league hockey team (2x Champions).

Sometimes I climb mountains!
